Leslie – Founder & Owner
Leslie is the heart and soul of Valley Janitorial. With over 15 years in the cleaning industry, she began her career as a cleaner, gaining hands-on experience that laid the foundation for her leadership. Advancing through various management roles, Leslie observed industry shortcomings—companies cutting corners and neglecting customer satisfaction. Determined to set a new standard, she established Valley Janitorial to deliver the quality service clients truly deserve.

Under Leslie's guidance, Valley Janitorial has expanded its reach across Utah, with dedicated supervisors and cleaners ensuring each client's property shines. Her commitment to excellence and genuine care for both clients and team members foster a culture of trust and high-quality service.

Residing in Lehi with her three children, Leslie cherishes outdoor adventures, quality time with friends and family, and actively contributing to her local community.
